All companies, large and small could learn a lot from these guys about customer service. I’ve been using them for over 4 years now and I wouldn’t take our cars to anyone else. After taking my A4 to another garage to have something as simple as pads and discs changed and it being bodged I found these guys and have never looked back. They are great on price, friendly and extremely helpful. The set up is extremely professional, from the first phone call booking the car in to collecting the vehicle.I would highly recommend Inde-tech to anyone with an Audi, Volkswagen, Seat or Skoda.
